Clubs

At Hackney New Primary School, we offer extended provision every day: from the end of the standard school day at 4pm until 6pm.  This service is called Play Plus.  We want to support working parents by offering this provision and also give children the opportunity to take part in activities beyond the scope of the school day.

Every day there is an After School Care session from 4pm – 6pm, where children take part in planned play – tabletop games, drawing and other activities.  This is supervised by support staff who work with children during the normal school day.  Children also receive a light snack.

We also offer a range of Clubs run by specialist external providers, from languages and sports, to Lego and other creative activities.  Sessions cost £7.50 a day (or £4.50 for those in receipt of Pupil Premium Funding).  All activities are managed and paid for using an online platform called eezeetrip.  These sessions are open to all children (After School Care only for children in their first half term of Reception).
