School review and self evaluation is an essential feature of the management and leadership of any effective school.
At Hackney New Primary School, senior leaders work closely with all teaching staff to ensure that children’s provision is quality assured upon astute, evidence-based self evaluation that is rooted in systematic monitoring.
Through regular reviews of children’s outcomes, curriculum coverage and provision, classroom environments and standards of teaching, school leaders can set goals and targets moving forwards. Such ‘information gathering’ enables action plans to be devised, coordinated and implemented.
Through regular reflection of how planned opportunities for our children support the school’s core vision, character and beliefs, we are able to ensure that the best outcomes for all learners is a priority for all at Hackney New Primary School.
